Andrew M. Skier, lead trial attorney, has practiced law in the Montgomery, Alabama area since 1994. He previously served as a Montgomery County Deputy District Attorney. Mr. Skier received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Alabama. As a prosecutor, he handled over 40 criminal jury trials, ranging from DUI up to capital murder cases, along with sex crimes, assault, robbery, and other felony offenses.

Beginning in 1998, when he opened the doors to his law practice, he has helped people just like you... people who need excellent representation, guidance and support as they face the judicial system. Over the past 12 years, Mr. Skier has represented hundreds of persons facing serious criminal charges, and has always sought to obtain the best results for his clients.

Today, Mr. Skier puts his experience to work for you. He practices in all Alabama courts, including Circuit, District, Juvenile, Municipal (city) and Family courts. Mr. Skier also is licensed to practice law in the Federal courts and regularly represents persons accused of federal criminal charges. He also appears regularly before the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles and has represented many clients in Parole Board hearings.
